GOI-301 calls themselves «Are We Cool Yet» or «AWCY». They are a ritual artist group of unknown and apparently cellular composition. An AWCY installation, plus four AWCY personnel who were non-hostile but sought legal counsel was recovered just over the border from Upper Fraser County, in BC, Canada, causing a diplomatic incident between Canada and Evdonia. The personnel were transferred to the RCMP in Canada.
